With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles H. Rudgers (Kendall, New York), born in Batavia, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rudgers and Virginia Rudgers. He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Rudgers, Kenneth E. Rudgers and Wendy S. Balka (David); his grandchildren, Ashley Gubiotti (Anthony), Taylor Rudgers, Stephen Balka and Emily Rudgers; his siblings, Sandra Rudgers and Earl Rudgers; the mother of his children Suzanne Rudgers; and his wife Suzanne Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends.
