It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edward LaFountain of Keeseville, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John LaFountain and Viola LaFountain (LaBounty); his son Todd R. LaFountain; his son-in-law Merrill Reynolds; and his sister June Doty.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Tammy Reynolds of Malone, Tim LaFountain (Bonnie) of Keeseville and Shawn LaFountain (Molly) of Keeseville; his grandchildren, Megan Reynolds, Courtney Reynolds, Alex LaFountain, Katie LaFountain and Jamie LaFountain; and his great grandchildren, Zebulan Martin and Harper LaFountain. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in the memory of Robert E. LaFountain may be made to the Keeseville Volunteer Fire Dept., or the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center.
