He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moran and Ruth Moran (Lahue); and his wife Mary E. Quinn. He is survived by: his pets, Poco and Sissy; his children, Pamela Delap (Ronald), Ronnie Anne Olson (Eric), Quinn, Eric Delap (Taylor), Julian, James Moran (Cristina Lund), Brandon Moran (Shelby), Ariana Moran (Adyln Moran), Michael Moran (Debra), Olivia Moran (Steven Crane) and Emila (Nova); and his sisters, Bea Quinn, Diane Douglas (Terry) and Mona LeClair.
