She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Giddings and Elizabeth Giddings (LaFountain); her husband Roy Blaise; her daughters, Diane Morrow and Jacqueline Theisen; her sons-in-law, Arthur Prandato, Ben Sprague and Gregory Roy, Sr.; her great grandchild Kori Reynolds; and her siblings, Edward Lawrence, Pete Giddings, Albert Giddings and Faye Blaise.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Blaise of Syracuse, John Blaise of Florida, Wallace Blaise of North Carolina, Carolyn Sprague of AuSable Forks and Sheryl Prandato (Arthur) of Keeseville; her sons-in-law, Gerry Morrow and John Theisen; and her friend Ellie Douglas. She is also survived by 7 children.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
