He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Knapp Hall; and his stepson Gregg L. Trask. He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Knapp; his daughter Shana Knapp Macey (Anthony S. Macey); his granddaughter Alexandra Macey Towne (Jared Towne); his great grandchild Towne of Arizona; and his grandson Anthony Robin Macey.
