She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Francis Hall and Marion Cora (Stone); her husband Wesley F. Benware; and her brothers, Richard W. Hall and Royal Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Bernadette Beebe (Mark) of Gansevoort, Claire Benware (Lois) of Queensbury, Robert Benware (Ronnie) of Queensbury and Charles Benware (Marilyn); and her grandchildren, Christopher Powers (Lindsay), Kevin Powers (Alexandra), Kimberly Cangemi (Mario), Melanie Greeno (Adam), Melissa Powers, Richard Benware (Anastasiya), John Benware (Rachel), Bridget Benware and Heather Benware. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, a nephew, several nieces, and cousins.
