He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Bernard and Ann-Marie Lynch of Katonah. He is survived by : his parents, John Lynch and Francesca Lynch; his close friend Ashley Croft-Moore; his siblings, Kevin and Michaela; and his grandparents, Anthony and Anna Marie Amplo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
