Helmes of Katonah, New York, born in White Plains, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Joseph Healy, Claire Reynolds and May Lowney; her husband Bruce; and her daughter Peggy.
She is survived by: her brother Augustine Healy of New Jersey; and her great grandchildren, Philip (Kathi) of Marblehead, MA, Peter (Marjie) of New Fairfield, CT, Bruce (Andrea) of Cedartown, GA, Steven (Cristina) of Katonah, NY, Kevin (Ashley) of White Plains, NY, Peggy (Nicholas), Barbara (Van Muller) of Pound Ridge, NY and David (Maggie) of South Salem, NY. She is also survived by eight children, 6 sons and 2 daughters and now 24 grandchildren.
