He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Puskarenko and Justina Puskarenko; his daughter Julie Gardner; and his siblings, Helen Piscione, Alexander Parks, John and Michael Puskarenko.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul Puskarenko and Peter Puskarenko; his son-in-law Clifford Gardner of Colorado Springs, CO; and his grandchildren, Sarah Puskarenko, Utica, Benjamin Gardner of Seattle, WA, Seth Puskarenko, Adam Gardner, Rebecca Gardner of Colorado Springs, CO, Selena Meehl of Chandler, AZ and Rhyan Rluhr of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the VanHornesville Volunteer Fire Department or the American Cancer Society.
