She was predeceased by: her stepfather Windell Cooper "Pop"; and her brother Wayne Fancher. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Ann Cooper (Goss); her significant other Edwin "Andy" Ruff; her sons, Andrew Sidney Hall Jr. (Kellie), Brent Allen Hal (Leslie) and Hayden Douglas Skipper (Vannessa Madore); and her siblings, Michael Fancher (Sue), Karen Killenberger (Denny Travis), Kathy Bleuer, Richard Gavett (Charity Ives) and Penny Ruff (Mike Taylor). She is also survived by many beautiful granddaughters and grandsons.
