He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette (Brice); his parents, Stan Brock and Esther Brock of Skaneateles; his sister Sharon; his children, Jeffrey (Cybil) of Hornell, Penny Mills (Jamison) of Port Byron and Matthew (Stefanie) of Kissimmee, FL; and his grandchildren, Xavier, Garrett, Paige, Katerina, Morgan, Jaiden, Alivia and Mallory. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jordan or Weedsport Fire Departments in Tom's memory.
