He is survived by: his wife Darlene Duger Nowey; his mother Rosemarie Nowey; his children, Jennie Tratt (Joe), Adam Van Horn (Annie), Duane Van Horn (Amy) and Harold Van Horn (Loretta); his grandchildren, Max, Ashley, Joseph, Jessy, Tye, Shelby, Forest, Shawn, Grace, Gavin, Jewel, Malena, Truman, Hannah, Steen, Rane and Joad; his great grandchildren, Xaidon, Everleigh and Ezra; and his nephew Johnathan.
