He was predeceased by: his father Fay Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Chapman; his mother Helen Chapman; his sister Connie Smith; his sons, Eric Chapman (Anngela) and Mark Chapman (Shauna); and his grandchildren, Anna Chapman and Ethan Chapman.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Elbridge Community Church.
