He was predeceased by: his father Gaylord; and his sister Michele Ann Smith. He is survived by: his mother Mildred; his siblings, Donna VanWart, Steve (Dawn), Roger (Tammy), David (Jill), Joe (Jill), Mike (Betty Sue) and Brian (Leslie); and his brother-in-law Brian Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
