He is survived by: his parent Jane Melchior; his wife Jean; his sons, John (Kristi), Jacob, III (Marleah), Jeffery (Pam) and Joseph (Doreen); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Erica, Danielle, Jacob IV, Morgan, Taylor, Jenna, Austn and Parker; and his great grandchild Mason. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
