He was predeceased by: his father Frank M. Wieczorek; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his children, Angelica Puffer (Thomas), Frank J. (Shelby) and Jacob; his mother Rose Ann; his significant other Tammy Blaisdell; his sister Kristine Allen (Lance); and his pet Gibbs. He is also survived by two grandchildren; aunts, uncles, nieces.
