He is survived by: his significant other Wanda Bard (Howe); and his children, Gary Bard (Sue), Wendy Duck (Steve), Thomas Bard, Donna Snyder (William), Donald Bard (Mary) and David Bard (Dawn). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
