With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wright Smith III (Johnstown, New York), born in Cartersville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 86. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Smith (Shannon), Kip Smith (Sarah), Megan Heroth (Troy), Ian Smith (Trisha), Mark Smith and Ashley Smith; and his sister Lisa Mehigan. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Wright's memory may be made to the Johnstown Public Library or the Johnstown Moose Club.
