He was predeceased by: his wife Winifred; his daughter-in-law Leslie; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Kowalski (William) of Brewerton, NY, Dana, Gail Grove and Anne Grove; and his stepgrandsons, James and Michael Hayner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many great friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Johnstown Public Library in Johnstown, NY or to the organization you prefer.
