She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Zaklukiewicz and Mary Halgas Zaklukiewicz; her spouse Francis "Fred" Guzielek; and her brothers, Richard and Gary Zaklukiewicz.
She is survived by: her sons, Frederick Guzielek (Marcia) of Fairport, William Guzielek (Kathy) of Mayfield and Charles Guzielek (Linda) of Mechanicville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, in care of the funeral home.
