He is survived by: his spouse Bernadine Buyce Czelusniak; his children, Stanley Czelusniak (Cindy Jablonski) of Mayfield, Deborah Harris of West Chazy, NY and Carol Sniezyk (Dennis) of Broadalbin; and his siblings, Joseph Czelusniak (Mary) of Buffalo Junction, VA and Felicia Simons of Prescott Valley, AZ. He is also survived by four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
