She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Simek and Theresa Simek (Muska). She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her children, Barbara Ann Stout (Jerome) and Stephen (Catalina Sawyer); and her in-laws, Francis Bellino (Joanne) and Paul Leskar (Patricia). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as numerous friends.
