She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Matousek and Velma Stefka Matousek. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Locatelli (Claudia) of Johnstown and John D. Locatelli (Lynda) of South Carolina; her siblings, Doug Matousek, Wayne Matousek and Vilma Carroll; her grandchildren, Adelle Lashbrook, Cary Zelich, Stephen Locatelli, Anthony Locatelli and Kristin Locatelli; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Zelich, Hunter Zelich and Mason Lashbrook. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
