We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2025, Patricia Abbott of Johnstown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Rupert and Margaret Rupert; her husband David; her sister Arlene Miller (Ray); her nephew Nathan Miller (Shelly); and her niece Sandra Plew (Francis).
She is survived by: her children, Nadine Abbott of Johnstown, Jennifer Racicot (Ron) of Johnstown, Beth Hibbard (Larry) of Johnstown and Duane Abbott (Brenda) of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Aaron Voght (Lorie), Brandon Blake and Alissa Ballard; and her niece Deb Girard (Bob) of Hadley. She is also survived by several cousins, friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Robert M. Halgas Funeral Home, Inc. (111 Co Rd 106, Johnstown, NY 12095). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Halgas Funeral Home (111 Co Rd 106, Johnstown, NY 12095).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, in care of the funeral home.
