He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Riley and Mary St. John Riley; his son Michael L. Riley, Jr.; and his siblings, Patrick and Jane Friello.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lyons Riley; his daughters, Dawn Riley (Randy) of Johnstown and Jennifer Curtis (Scott) of Sudbury, VT; his siblings, Dennis, David Palmatier (Mary) of Addison, VT, Paul Palmatier (Michele) of Broadalbin and Joan Blaty (Donald) of San Pedro, CA; his siblings-in-law, Ray Friello and Sue Ellen Riley; and his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Haley Curtis, Macayla Razzano and Kyle Pyristy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
