He is survived by: his mother Theresa O'Brien; and his siblings, Michael O'Brien (Susan) of Amsterdam, Thomas O'Brien (Heather) of Galway, Susan Phillips (Douglas) of Mayfield, Kathy Gayes (Leland) of Galway and Maureen Kunac (Ivica) of Clifton Park. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mohawk Valley Dialysis Center or to St. Mary's Church, both in care of the funeral home.
