He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sr. Crippen and Ruth Olson Crippen. He is survived by: his wife Ann Pemrick Crippen; his daughter Terry Sieg; and his cousins, Sharon Whitehouse, Richard Olson and Haila Crippen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Earl's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
