He was predeceased by: his significant other Marion Cole Brandow; his mother Francis Nolan Sandler; his former wife Gladys Brandow; and his son Donald "Donnie" Brandow Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Jan "Sandy" Laning of Port St and Richard "Wink" Sandler of Albany, NY. He is also survived by his step daughters, many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Don's favorite charities; The Wounded Warrior Project and/or St. Jude's Children's' Hospital.
