He is survived by: his son David "Chum" Childs III of Bristol, CT; his daughter-in-law Chenille; his granddaughter Juliana; his daughter Rebecca Childs Derhak of Falmouth, ME; his son-in-law Robert; and his children, Eddie, Zachary and Emma (Ellen Childs) of Clayton, NY..
David was an active member of St. Johns Episcopal Church for decades prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
