It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Hook of Johnsonville, New York, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward DeWitt and Doris DeWitt (Zindle); and her grandmother Ann Zindle. She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her daughter Theresa Reiser (Kurt); her granddaughters, Jeneca and Reilly Reiser; her son Wayne Hook (Maria Schmitz); her grandsons, Mitchum, Nathaniel and Drew Hook; and her siblings, Jack DeWitt (Patricia), Sheryl Palmer and Joanne Greehan (Fred).
