She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Elliott and Joan Elliott. She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Foster; her children, Richard Foster and Kathy Wilkinson (Tom); her grandchildren, Jesse Foster, Jordan Foster (Elizabeth), Caitlin Foster, Tommy "Louie" Wilkinson and Sarah "Rosie" Loya (Jake); her great grandchildren, Emma Reighlyn and Jayce Loya; her siblings, Carol Phillips (Calvin) and Michael Elliott; her pets, Dodge, Gizzy and Kitty Foster; and her friend Wilma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
