He is survived by: his wife Susan Burdick (Conklin); his children, April Burdick (Scott Brundige) of Johnsonville, Ken Burdick (Jessica) of Johnsonville and Jesse Burdick of Johnsonville; his brothers, Kevin Burdick (Mamie), Bobby Burdick (Margaret), George Burdick and Billy Dissosway; and his siblings-in-law, Eileen Rupp, Donna Conklin and Richard Conklin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
