She was predeceased by: her parents, George Spatz and Irene Klinefelter Spatz; her husband Harold A. Hansen; her siblings, Dorothy Gleason, Betty Smith, George, Robert, Victor and Thomas Spatz; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Hansen, Vera and Doris Hansen.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Hansen (Karen) of Johnson, NY and Kathleen Sawyer (Raymond) of Johnson, NY; her sister Janette James of Arizona; and her brother-in-law Laurence Hansen of Westtown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.
