He was predeceased by: his siblings, Andy, Elizabeth, Anna, Edward, George, Michael, Andrew, Stephen, Peter, Joe, Robert, Rose and John; and his brother-in-law Gary Hinman.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Malchak; his son Kris; his daughter-in-law Cathie Malchak; his daughter Mindy; his son-in-law Doug Lawrence; his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Sharon Malchak; his sister Barbara; his siblings-in-law, Cliff Butler, Candy and Bill Salansky; his granddaughters, Natasha, Samantha Malchak, Ella and Ava Lawrence; and his friends, Dennis and Peg DiOrio. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
