He is survived by: his wife June Rowlands; his children, Rachel Talcott and Jonathan R.; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Rowlands; his sisters, Brenda Crone, Gloria (Roger Cook) and Dawn Rowlands; his grandchildren, Griffin, Bryce, Leah, Alicia, Troy, Gianna, Isaiah and Mekhi; and also Vern. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Johnson City Girl's Softball League or the Southern Tier Football Officials Organization.
