He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin and Luccil; his siblings, Cordinal "Buck" and Vanchy; and also Claudia.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Madge"; his children, Vernal Jr. "Woody" (Toni), Michelle "Annie" (Pete), Richard (Amy) and Christine (Paul); his grandchildren, Jesse, Jacob, Carlo, Brian and Sarah; and his brother Ervin (Sonia). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
