She is survived by: her husband Michael Decker; her brother David Frear; her children, Dan, Lisa Decker, April and Jeff Zakutney; her grandchildren, Sean, Jesse, Jeffrey and Shykisa; her great grandchild Elianna; her cousin Ben; and also Michelle Lynn Decker.
