(Sebastian); his sons, Paul O'Donnell (Linda), Robert O'Donnell of Show Low, AZ., Kevin O'Donnell (Tammy) of Valrico, FL. and David O'Donnell (Nayda) of Binghamton, NY.; his grandchildren, Karen Zumwalt (Palmer) of Glendale, AZ., Mary Coughlin (Jim) of Johnson City, NY., Erin Davis (Zane), Sean O'Donnell (Cherie), Crystal O'Donnell, David O'Donnell (Annemarie), Kris O'Donnell (Ricanna), Dr. Jonathan O'Donnell (Nadia), Palmer Zumwalt V., Jim Coughlin (Kelly), Joshua Coughlin (Miranda) and Matt Coughlin (Gabrielle); his brothers, Gerald O'Donnell of Johnson City, NY. and Jimmy O'Donnell of Norwich, NY.; and his uncle Joseph O'Donnell (Joe).

“I grew up on Nelson road. Richard sold my farther out first TV. In 1954, I graduated from JC High school and Went directly into the USAF.. After 4 years I came home and shortly after, Joined Legion Post 758. Wow, there was Richard, our reunion was rather short but the time we had talking about Nelson Rd, attending parades etc was just very enjoyable! Then some time like Arthur MacArthur, the old soldier just faded away. I respected him as a fellow vet and loved him as an old friend.”
