He is survived by: his wife Judith Jacyna; his children, Adrianne Allen (Mike Hadlick) and Aaron Jacyna (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Jacob and Julia Allen; his siblings, Carol Lurenz (John), Julie Healy (Sean) and Rob Jacyna (Mary); and his uncle Robert Brennan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
