She was predeceased by : her husband Michael Kulik. She is survived by : her children, Natalie Corwin and Michael J. Kulik; her daughter-in-law Kristin Kulik; and her grandchildren, John, Zachary, Christopher and Kathryn Kulik.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Orthodox Ukranian Church (1 St Johns Pkwy, Johnson City, NY 13790). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Orthodox Church (1 St Johns Pkwy, Johnson City, NY 13790).
