She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wertz; her children, Rebecca, Stephen and Thomas; her daughters-in-law, Jeanette Wertz and Kristen Jacobsen; and her granddaughter Rachel. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew and other extended family.
