It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lurline H. Crampton of Johnson City, New York, who passed away on June 4, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Lurline shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lurline farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Warren Howell and Marion Howell; and the father of her children Wayne Crampton. She is survived by : her children, Cathy Smith (Mark), Robin C. Scott, Lisa VanDyne (Rich) and Todd Crampton (Kim); and her brother Douglas W. Howell (Kim). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved deeply; nephews, cousins, many, many special friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home (483 Chenango St, Binghamton, NY 13901). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
