She was predeceased by: her husband John Crooks; and her mother Jean Matolka. She is survived by: her daughters, Lindsay (Jagunich) and Cori of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her sons-in-law, Andrew Jagunich and Sam Reehl; her grandchildren, Nathan and Rosalie Jagunich; her father William Matolka of Vestal, NY; and her siblings, Maryann "Mimi" Matolka of Endicott, NY, William "Bill" Matolka (Patricia) of Niskayuna, NY and David Matolka (Dominick Canarini) of Johnson City, NY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
