She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Diute and Rose Diute; her parents-in-law, James and Patricia Fitzpatrick Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, DeeDee and Mike Phillips.

She is survived by: her husband James Fitzpatrick (Jim); her son Daniel Fitzpatrick (Dan); her siblings, Patricia Diute, Joanne Diute Greco (Francesco), Audrey Diute and Robert Diute (Teresa); her brother-in-law Sean Fitzpatrick (Bethany); her nieces and nephews, Michelle Cornell (Ron), Melissa Martin, Joseph Martin, Ardine Stilloe, Michael Stilloe, Nicholas Diute, Shane Fitzpatrick and Seth Fitzpatrick; her cousin Andrea Niemiec (Edward); and her nephew Devon Braungard.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made either to St. Thomas Aquinas Church or St. Patrick's Church both of Binghamton, NY.
