He was predeceased by : his parents, John Grippe and Rose Grippe; and his aunt Caroline. He is survived by : his wife Joan Grippe; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Bokal, Theresa Riegel, Kathrine Kaley, Mary, Tony Pydyn, Nicholas, Maria Sanyshyn, David, Dana Sanyshyn, Joe and Zorianna Sanyshyn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
