We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Joan M. Mitchell (Johnson City, New York), born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lobb and Edna Lobb; her husband Kent; and her brother George Lobb Jr.. She is survived by: her son Stephen; and her sister Nancy Brown (Binghamton). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
As such we would ask that you consider making a donation in her name to St. Jude's or the American Cancer Society.
