She is survived by: her sons, James and Robert Hooko; her daughter-in-law Amy; her sisters, Janet (Leo Hildebrand) and Cathie Messersmith; her grandchildren, Quiersti, Quinnten, Chelsey, Gabrielle, Emma and Reagan; her stepdaughter Cindy Smith; and her great grandchild Lennex. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jerri requests a donation to a diabetic charity.
