Gail Haddock Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 87, Gail Haddock of Johnson City, New York, born in Numidia, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gail Haddock to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe and Pauline; and her sister Mary Jo Griffiths. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Donatelli (Tony), Rick Haddock (Shelly), Lori Spencer (Craig) and John Haddock (Anne); her grandchildren, Nick Donatelli (Mhairi), Matt Donatelli (Rachael), Adam Donatelli (Sarah), Jake Haddock (Crystal), Sam Haddock, Ryan Spencer (Abigail), Courtney Gostomski (Jack), Benjamin Spencer (Margaret), Zachary Spencer, Kara Haddock and Reese Haddock; her great grandchildren, Cole, Finn, Myles, Rowan, Carter, Raegan and Luca; her brother Jerry Wanzie (Emily); and her brother-in-law Rob Griffiths. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the many staff members, medical providers, and special caregivers at United Methodist Homes who created a special home and extended caring family for the past several years, especially during the isolation of the pandemic.
