He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sister Shirley (Ron); his sons, James and Christopher; his grandchildren, Laura, Tom, John and Kirsten; and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Eric, Cara, Danielle and Michelle. He is also survived by his family, and all of the friends and co-workers.
