She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce; her daughter Susan; and her brothers, Adolph, Raymond and Edward Czekala.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Ottman, Karen Tomic (Bill) and Randy Ottman (Colleen); her grandchildren, Alice Kiereck (John), Liz Tomic, Emily Ottman, Andrew Ottman (Sarah) and Melissa Turner; her great grandchild Emma Kiereck; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Ottman and Lois White. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
